About the founder

Three years ago, I was deep in the world of business — helping others grow, scale, and push forward. But something was off. I watched smart people build things that looked successful on the outside but felt hollow on the inside. I felt it too, the burnout, the disconnection, the quiet voice asking, “What’s the point if we’re not well?”

That question changed everything.

As a psychologist, I realized most businesses weren’t broken strategically, they were broken emotionally. Teams weren’t lazy; they were exhausted. Leaders weren’t failing; they were carrying too much alone. And productivity? It was a symptom, not the problem.

So I started over, not just helping businesses grow, but helping them heal.

Today, Real Work Culture is where that journey lives. It's for founders who’ve lost their fire. For teams that want meaning, not just KPIs. And for anyone who knows deep down: the way we work needs to change.
